Annual General Meeting
Next Date: Monday May 25th at 2 pm
Our membership meeting is held once a year during the last week of May. It is an opportunity for members to see what has been happening in the association throughout the year and to have their voices heard in running the association. Members vote on a number of issues involving financial statements, proposed budget, proposed bylaw changes, and any other issues faced by the association in the past year. The members also have the opportunity to vote for their Board of Directors. Refreshments and dainties are provided throughout the meeting.
